Cooling off period

Where you place an order for 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or 24 months as advertised you will be entitled to a cooling off period of 7 days from when you order is placed. All cancellation requests should be emailed to us at farmer.subs@thescottishfarmer.co.uk or by telephone on 0141 302 7718 between 9am & 5pm.


Cancellations & Refunds

Where you enter a term of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or 24 months as advertised cancellations are not permitted once we have passed the 7 day cooling off period until the end of your subscription period and we will not issue a refund. Should you wish to cancel the subscription after the minimum term, please contact our subscriptions department at farmer.subs@thescottishfarmer.co.uk or by telephone on 0141 302 7718.


Auto-Renewal

Credit Card Auto-Renewal customers can cancel their continuous payment at any point via their PayPal account.

Direct Debit Auto-Renewal customers must contact us to cancel their direct debit at least 4 weeks before the next payment is due to be debited.


Subscription Gifts

From time to time The Scottish Farmer will run subscription offers. These offers may be available to new subscribers only, however this will be stated clearly on the offer. The customer must quote the special offer code at the time of placing their order otherwise they will not be sent the gift. Free gifts are not sent automatically and cannot be added to your account once your payment has been processed.


Gifts are subject to availability and strictly limited on a first come first serve basis. These gifts will not be available for magazines delivered to overseas addresses.

Where the offer has a closing date we will not accept orders for this offer after the stated date.

Any problems with your free gift must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery, however please note we will not offer an exchange in sizes or colour’s therefore please choose the correct size when ordering.
