WORKING FARM MANAGER

1800 acre family run agricultural business including beef suckler herd based in N E Fife Scotland.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high calibre and forward thinking working farm manager to work with the owner in leading the implementation of a new farming strategy within our agri-business.

Requirements for the role:
1 An agricultural background and knowledge of the industry is essential.
2 At least five years practical experience with evidence of operating to a high standard.
3 Computer literate.
4 Willing and competent in dealing with auditors and related administrative work.
5 The ability to cost and run budgets for enterprises.
6 Prior strong people management skills.
7 PA 1 and PA2 essential.
