WORKING FARM MANAGER

A truly exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to manage and develop the estate in-house farming business. The farming activities incorporate 1,300Ha of arable land in rotation as well as a further 350Ha of grassland which is managed in support of the estate's sheep enterprise. The farm has an extensive range of modern agricultural equipment and machinery at its disposal.

The position requires a manager with experience of large scale modern agricultural business and an enthusiasm to address the challenges of the future. The successful candidate will be a practical farm manager with experience of all aspects of arable farm management and operations and strong people management and communication skills. Ideally the successful candidate will also have a strong interest and ability in all aspects of agronomy.

You will be a key member of a family run estate working closely with the estate owners and responsible for a farm team of 3. Dupplin Estate is located on the western edge of Perth with excellent transport connections across Scotland. A competitive remuneration package will be offered including a family home.
