Watson Seeds are a long-established grass and forage seed specialist, supplying customers throughout the UK and Ireland.

Due to continued growth, we are now looking to expand our professional team in Scotland by recruiting a Trainee Seed Specialist.

The job
Supported by our experienced team, our training program will guide you through all aspects of our business and help you grow your commercial and technical experience.

As you develop you will look after an area in the central / north-eastern regions of Scotland, and the job will see you calling directly on our network of farming clients, and in conjunction with our distributors, advising and supporting them in selecting the best products for their requirements.

What skills do I need?
• Personable, professional, enthusiastic.
• Great communicator.
• Keen to learn.
• Working knowledge of the agricultural industry or similar.
