TRACTOR/DIGGER DRIVER

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a shepherd / stockperson on a 5,500-acre family run hill estate in South-West Scotland.

The Successful applicant must be able to work as part of the team and consistently work to a high standard

Responsibilities
• In charge of your own digger and must have the ability to carry out a range of different jobs; road building, ditching, forestry work, overall estate improvement work.
• Work within a team to carry out different tractor jobs; crop management, silage, haulage, feeding of animals.
• Repair and maintain machinery for the estate. Would be an advantage if competent welder.
• Other machinery related duties

Required
• 3+ years’ experience in similar role
• Excellent machinery knowledge and handling skills
• Full driver’s license
