"SWITCHED-ON" SHEPHERD/ESS

I am looking for an ambitious, capable, experienced (yet willing to learn), and far sighted, sheep and cattle manager.

Do you think the future of farming is about adding value, diversifying and trying something different? I set up RealFarmHolidays.co.uk years ago and more leisure activities such as RealFarmDriving.co.uk because I believe passionately that the UK public needs to connect better with farming, their food, and the Countryside.

Here at Kirkwood farm in South Scotland, we also sell our meat direct to consumers; and recently a dozen top UK restaurants have said our lamb is the best they have ever tasted! So we are looking for a "livestock manager" with a difference: also happy to talk/sell to the general public, work in the office backing up our activities, and organise butchery and packaging.
