STOCKPERSON

We are looking for a new stockperson to join our team on a beef, sheep and arable unit. Drumflower farm is located in South West Scotland close to Stranraer.

We offer a competitive salary, with accommodation available if required.

The successful candidate will predominantly be responsible for 400 suckler cows calving 280 spring and 120 autumn. Offspring being sold as either stores or taken through and finished fat. Other duties when required will be working with livestock and tractor work.

Modern technology for machinery operation and livestock record keeping used on the farm.

All livestock have electronic tags used for registering, weight recording and treatment recording.

Candidate must be hardworking and pay attention to detail with the ability and willingness to learn and take responsibility.
