SHEPHERD/GENERAL FARM WORKER

For a family farm 3 miles east of Perth

Primary Role
Manage and improve the performance of the sheep flock. The farm is currently stocked with 700 commercial ewes. Lambs are finished on farm.

Secondary Role
Help with the cattle enterprise of 100 pedigree Charolais cows and 150 commercials. Operate machinery at busy arable times and perform general agriculture duties.

What we are looking for:
• Experience of running a flock.
• Proficiency in all aspects of livestock care and management.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach.

The package includes an oil central heated 3-bedroom house with kennels located on a bus route to a good school.

Salary and commission based on experience of applicant.

Full UK driving licence required.
