RURAL PRACTICE SURVEYOR - EDINBURGH

This full time permanent role provides the opportunity to join the Rural and Farm Sales Team, whose aim is to develop its business in a pro-active and entrepreneurial manner whilst ensuring an exceptional standard of customer service is provided to all potential and actual vendors and buyers. You will assist and manage all stages of the sales process from the point of instruction, ensuring you go above and beyond on behalf of your clients.

You will have a good knowledge and understanding of rural Scotland and Scottish agriculture and will have the opportunity to undertake Red Book Valuation work and a range of rural professional and management work.

Key Requirements:
• MRICS Qualified or working towards an MRICS Qualification
• Good knowledge of the farm and residential sales processes within the Scottish market
• Expert in handling sales negotiations
