The company requires a highly motivated person with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of farming to take on a retail sales role in Ayrshire.

The primary function of this role is to sell fertiliser to farmers based on professional, FACT8-qualified advice designed to improve soil, grass and crop nutrition.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in farming, a desire to work in a commercial role, excellent inter-personal and communication skills, enthusiasm, drive and initiative and preferably be FACT8-qualified.

The company will provide comprehensive training plus support and an attractive remuneration package including: monthly salary, company car and contributory pension scheme.
