POULTRY FARM WORKER(S) / FARM MANAGER

We are looking for an individual or couple to work within our family run chicken breeding business based in Ayrshire.

A full time position has arisen within our farming base for someone enthusiastic, reliable and willing to learn.

Responsibilities would include feeding chickens, monitoring health and welfare of flock, collecting and packing eggs, depleting stock, cleaning farms and other general maintenance on farm.

Ability to drive farm tractor would be advantageous and a driving licence would be needed because of rural location.

You will work as part of a small team.

The role(s) are full and/or part time, flexibility is a necessity, rotas and specific hours will be discussed at interview.

Experience is not required as full training will be provided.

There is an opportunity for further responsibility and rural farmhouse accommodation for the right candidate.
