LIVESTOCK BUYER

We are looking for a full-time Livestock Buyer to join our procurement team in Perth.

This is an exciting supplier facing role which requires excellent personable and communication skills for liaising with our existing suppliers and growing supply base.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, ambitious and commercially minded with the ability to adapt to change in a competitive and fastmoving environment.

Previous experience or knowledge of the livestock/red meat industry is preferable but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the industry, as full training will be provided.

As Livestock Buyer, you will play a key role in ensuring the business is supplied with the best quality cattle and sheep for our retail, catering and export customers as we grow and develop as part of our investment programme within Scotland.
