Highland Business Services Ring (HBS) Ltd is an agricultural co-operative located on the Black Isle near Inverness. This long-standing business comprises some ll00 members across the Highlands and Argyll, with a core client base of farming, crofting and estates but also a growing number of other rural business customers. Operating as a Machinery Ring it has adapted over the years and provides a wide range of goods and services as well as technical training provision.

This post offers a unique opportunity for an individual to join and lead a dedicated team of 9 staff, in driving the business forward, with overall responsibility for the day to day running of operations of HBS Ltd and subsidiary company HALS Ltd.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as well as competence across a range of business disciplines acquired through education and experience.
