EXCAVATOR DRIVER / FORESTRY STAFF

Harburn Estate are currently seeking staff to work on their Christmas Tree farm and rural estate, situated in West Calder.

Excavator Driver

We are currently looking for an excavator operator with previous experience with diggers and tractors, working in a farm environment. Knowledge of machinery is an advantage.

Forklift/Telehandler certificate desirable.

Candidates must also be prepared to do some manual labour as required.

Salary depending on experience.

Forestry Staff

We are also looking for foresters to assist with the maintenance and preparation of Christmas trees for the harvest and then the actual harvest itself.

For the right candidate this is a job that has the potential of progression within the business.

Chainsaw and spraying experience preferred along with any relevant certificates and qualifications.

Please note that this is a physically demanding role and, given the nature of the business, you will be expected to work in all weather conditions.

Salary depending on experience.
