DAIRY PERSON

We are looking for a motivated, diligent and reliable person to join a small dedicated team on one of our in-hand farms. An experienced dairy person would be preferable but someone who is looking to take the next step in their dairy career would be considered.

The farm is one of three dairy units based within the Cowhill Trust Estate in SW Scotland. It is a well-established pedigree Ayrshire herd with a number of excellent classified cows. Milking is carried out twice a day through a herringbone parlour.

• Driving licence essential
• Competent at AI
• Foot trimming experience

The Cowhill Trust is an Idyllic estate running alongside the river Nith, there are train and bus routes nearby, 10 minute drive from centre of Dumfries, schools and nurseries.
