BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Salary:£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

HBS Ring Ltd is an Agricultural Cooperative operating in the Highlands for more than 30 years. We provide cost effective member to member trading, land-based training services, and the sale of commodities.

We are seeking a confident, driven Business Development Manager (BDM), with experience in agricultural/farming and sales environment. As BDM you will line manage and motivate the member services team and be responsible for developing and driving member to member trading activity and commodity sales.

The successful candidate will have/be:
• Agricultural/Farming Sector Experience.
• Results-driven and Sales-oriented people person.
• Line Management Experience.
• Confident Negotiator and Commercially Astute.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Strong Organisation Skills.
• Strong Communication Skills.

The post requires:
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
