The SAYFC North Regional annual Clay Pigeon Shooting competition took place at Darnaway Clays in Forres on Sunday, October 6, with Inverurie JAC achieving victory for the fifth year in a row.
Teams from throughout the region participated in a 50-bird all-round shoot. Inverurie JAC displayed exceptional shooting abilities, securing first place with a team consisting of Martyn Thomson, Ian Armstrong and Luke Burnett.
The second-placed team also hailed from Inverurie JAC, featuring John Rodwell, Jay Simpson and Matthew Law, while Sandwick YFC, with members Amy Neil, Joe Sinclair, and Gary Isbister, claimed third place.
Martyn Thomson from Inverurie JAC was named the Top Gun of the competition.
