GSC Grays, the rural land and property specialists, has welcomed Anna Simpson and Annabel Swiers to their growing team of experts.
Anna Simpson joins as head of environment and sustainability, bringing her expertise in environmental policies and farming to offer practical solutions for clients. Annabel Swiers, a rural associate, has a wide range of experience in property management, landlord and tenant issues, agency, and planning.
Managing director of GSC Grays, Guy Coggrave, said: " This is an exciting and challenging phase of expansion for GSC Grays. What drives us is our commitment to exceptional service, delivered by local staff who bring energy, drive, and expertise to the areas they live in. Anna and Annabel will help us achieve this, and we are thrilled to have them on board. We now have over 130 staff working from nine offices, covering an area from Nottingham to the Scottish Borders."

Anna has managed environmental projects in both the public and private sectors, focusing on integrated supply chains. She has worked with farming groups, collaborated with key stakeholders, and engaged with communities to promote sustainable practices. Her previous roles with the NFU and DEFRA involved shaping sustainable land-use policies and driving adaptation efforts.
Annabel is a rural practice chartered surveyor with experience managing private estates in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire, as well as working with institutions and charities. She specialises in estate management and will also support junior colleagues as a line manager, RICS APC supervisor, and RICS APC counsellor.
