Firefighters were called to a blaze involving six hay bales in a field.
Crews found them engulfed in flames in a stubble field on Dudbrook Road in Kelvedon Hatch, near Brentwood at about 7pm on Wednesday, July 31.

Essex County Fire and Rescue Service said it was able to quickly get the incident under control.
Crew manager Dan Hockley added: "A big thank you to the farmers, as their work to aerate the bales helped them burn quicker and stopped the fire spreading."
