Tickets are now on sale for the 13th annual Scottish Smallholder Festival, taking place this October at the Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston. The event features a wide range of livestock classes, traditional skills demonstrations, and Scotland’s only pig show.
New to this year, breeders can sell their pigs on-site. The popular Rural Skills competition will showcase preserves, baking, eggs and honey, alongside interactive workshops. Pleasing to please the crowds among the cookery demonstrations will be chef Wendy Barr.
