The RHASS Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was scheduled to take place on April 25, 2024, will now take place later this year.
The RHASS states that the reason for the date change is that, for auditors to complete their audit work, they must receive some third-party documentation that has been delayed, which is out of their control. This has impacted the chain of procedures that must take place for the Board of Directors to present the Annual Report and Accounts to the Members at the AGM.
RHASS said: "We are conscious that we want members to have time to review and digest and don’t want to rush this process.
"We will notify members by email of the new date of the AGM once agreed. This information will also be available on our website and members portal."
