Andrew Barrie has recently been appointed market manager at St Boswells and Wooler marts for Harrison and Hetherington.
Andrew brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the business having learned his auctioneering craft with Caledonian Marts, Stirling and Lawrie, and Symington, Lanark.
Having ran his logistics franchise business operating three offices and employing 15 staff, Andrew made the decision to sell the business in August 2023.
Originally from a beef and sheep farm on the outskirts of Biggar, Andrew will start his position on Monday, February 12, and can be contacted on 07766017312
