GFD is searching for a business development manager to lead its commercial and marketing activities in Scotland and Northern England. 

Job description

Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for new on-farm biogas projects
• Engage with key stakeholders (farmers, estate managers, land agents, etc)
• Qualify agricultural sites suitable for biogas plant development
• Establish a development pipeline of potential AD projects across Scotland and Northern England
• Develop and maintain an extensive network of prospective clients across Scotland and Northern England

GFD's ideal candidate:
• Background in business development, ideally within the farming industry
• Excellent networker/influencer
• Experience within agriculture, eg working with estate/land managers, farming equipment, agri-tech
