Donkeys are set to be one of the attractions at next month's Perth Show, both in the ring and out of it.
As well as competitive donkey classes for judging, a select few will be working on the showground giving rides to the general public.
Pictured here with show entrants nine-week-old Tequila Rose and giant Poitou donkey Hettie at Ayleswood Rare Breeds near Meikleour, show chairman Mark Mitchell said: "Perth Show is unique in that it brings the agricultural world right into the heart of the city," he said. "While it is traditionally the big day out for the farming and equestrian community, it is also a fantastic day out for all the family with something to suit everyone across Friday and Saturday, August 5 and 6."
