Simon Cowell’s son stole the show when he gatecrashed the music mogul’s TV interview wielding a clothes peg.
Cowell, 58, was being interviewed by Loose Women in his Los Angeles home when Eric decided he wanted a slice of the action.
The four-year-old disappeared to fetch a wooden clothes peg, which he pinned on his father’s finger, making The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent judge grimace in pain.
Asked by Loose Women panellist Ayda Field who he thinks is the best judge on his father’s TV shows, Eric replies loyally: “Daddy”.
But questioned who he thinks is the most handsome, the four-year-old puts his hand to his own chest and replies: “Me”.
Cowell was interviewed to discuss his ongoing support for Together For Short Lives and Children’s Hospice Week, which starts today.
The campaign is encouraging people to share their special moments using the #LifesShort hashtag.
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV and the full clip with Cowell is on Monday’s show.
