A FRONT mounted system for carrying wrap and net for high output baling operations has been launched by Co Laois-based machinery dealership, Bailey Machinery Sales.
Its new Grizzly WrapMaster is the concept of UK agri contractor and engineer, Joe Grills, who designed it to meet the high demands of modern baling contractors. “I initially started by designing and manufacturing a unit for our local contractor who wanted to increase their capacity with the bailing operation, they were so happy with how the WrapMaster preformed they now run two units.
"Customers are constantly looking to carry more wrap and net with them which allows them to continue working without unnecessary downtime having to restock net and wrap which often means travelling away from the work field,” said Mr Grills.
The unit is manufactured from heavy duty 80 x 80 x 5mm box section and 10mm plate for increased strength and to keep the wrap secure, there are 70mm tubes fitted to the top frame ranging in capacities from 8-22 along with either a single or double net carrier attachment. For ease of use, the entire top frame folds down hydraulically using a 70x30mm double acting ram, to allowing the operator to remove rolls easily and safely.
The unit it can be painted in any combination of popular paints and has full LED lighting as standard for added safety when travelling on the road.
