Clydesdales (Judge: G Skinner, Strathorn, Pitcaple, Inverurie). Champion and reserve – Charlotte Young, Hall Stud, Ayr. Supreme was the female champion, Kilmaclasser Bonnie Lily, a three-year-old yeld mare that was champion at Dundonald and at the North Western Wales Foal Show. She is by Cloondaff Setant and out of Carnaff Bonnie Marie. Reserve was the male champion, Doura Geronimo, a three-year-old colt imported from Canada on his first outing in Scotland. Champion at the Symcoe Fair, reserve junior stallion at the Royal Winter Fair in Canada and fifth in his class at the World Clydesdale Show, this Westedge Norman son is out of Westbank Megan. Gelding – JW and M McIntyre, Gillmill Cottage, Stewart, Ayrshire. Junior colt – A and E Campbell, Netherwood Cottage, Netherwood Road, Kilmacolm. Senior colt, yeld mare, pair – C Young. Brood mare, foal – A Steel and Son, Jackton, East Kilbride. Two-year-old foal – JD Adamson, Easter Glentore, Longriggend, Airdrie. Yearling filly – J Rochead, Malcolmwood, Blantyre, Glasgow. Young handlers – James Hair.
