Bankhouse ram lambs sold to £1250
The third on-farm sale of Easycare ram lambs from Graham Lofthouse, Bankhouse, Galashiels, saw a top price of £1250 and a 100% clearance of the 47 Signet recorded entries to average £679.
Sale leader was Lot 13, a ram lamb in the top 10% of the breed purchased by Andrew Marchant, Clonhie, Thornhill, Dumfries. John Ritchie, Montalt, Dunning, Perth, paid £1220 for a ram.
