It was CW Smith from South Flanders that came out on top at the West and Central Suffolk club show and sale of prime lambs on July 11 at United Auctions Stirling.

Judge Mr A Argo picked out his champion pen of Suffolks over 45.1kg that went on to top the sale at £170 per head. Taking the reserve honours was S Knox and Son, North Balloch selling their pen for £159 per head.
