Breeding sheep demand high, selling up to £280 at Skipton
John Brotherton's reduction sale from Addingham, headed up the trade at CCM Skipton Auction Mart’s entry of 807 store and breeding sheep, when selling for £280 for Texel cross ewes in lamb to Beltex rams.
Store hoggs achieved an overall average of £85.35, having sold to £140 for a single Texel from Stuart Baines, Clitheroe.
