A Beltex cross Durno shearling from the Ingrams of Logie Durno, topped the cross-breds at £4000 when selling to Paul Tippets, Shropshire.
The family who sold 82 rams to average £1600, also took £3600 for a Charollais cross Texel shearling from Messrs Davis, Nant Hir.

Matching that £3600 price was a Beltex cross by a Grangehall sire bought in Lanark, from Rob Rennie, Attonburn, Yetholm, Kelso who also enjoyed his best ever trade selling crossing tups and unregistered Texel shearlings.
Averages: 479 shearling rams, £819.29; four ram lambs, £820.00.
