Nominations are now being accepted for The Royal Smithfield Club’s prestigious Bicentary Trophy, a national award which recognises a company or person who has made a significant contribution for the overall benefit of the British meat and livestock industry.
Any person or company within the British meat and livestock industry can be nominated for the Bicentenary Perpetual Trophy of an Armada Dish set with 25 Golden Guineas.
Nomination forms, completed by the proposer and accompanied by a citation detailing the contribution of the candidate and reasons for the nomination, must be returned to the Club by the closing date of December 20, 2024. Forms are to be found on www.royalsmithfieldclub.co.uk
A committee appointed by the Royal Smithfield Club will consider the nominations at a meeting in early 2025.
