A 471kg Simmental cross from Ormsary Est, topped the heifers at 343.90p, whilst a 672kg Aberdeen Angus cross from Ecclaw, made £1780.
Simmental crosses led the young bulls at 282.20p for a 326kg entry from Gibblaston, and to £1050 for a 476kg bull from Spott HF, to average 214.65p.
The firm also sold 161 rearing cattle to a top of £940 for a Simmental cross bullock from W Thompson, Greenlands.
Also forward were 7330 store lambs which reached £122 for Beltex from Strathnafanaig.
Averages improved on the week where Beltex cashed in at £109.66 (+ £18.59), Texel at £98.94 (+£3.73), Suffolk at £95.81 (+0.60p) and Blackface and Mules at £64.70 (+ £3.63) and Mule £90.63 (+ £2.40) respectively. Cheviot and Cheviot Mules were the only one to fall having levelled at £76.51 (-£4.34).
