Some 1064 store lambs came under the hammer at Craig Wilson's sale, having sold to £122 for Texels from M Mitchell and Son, Whatriggs.
On Tuesday, the firm had a large entry of 58 dairy cattle, which was topped by a freshly calved Holstein Friesian heifer from Torhousemuir Farming at £2400, with the same home selling cows at £2300.
Also forward was a show of 95 calves and stirks which reached £1300 for an Aberdeen Angus cross bullock stirk from Tinto View.
British Blue crosses led the calves at £590 for a heifer from Messrs Nicol, Davidston, whilst bulls attained £570 for Messrs Vance, Low Barledziew.

A 386kg Limousin heifer from the Roberston family, Fodderletter, stood champion at Aberdeen and Northern Marts' annual show and sale of Autumn born calves, when selling for £2050 to Blair Duffton.
The judge, Sandy Carnie, Hillside, purchased his reserve champion in the form of a 460kg Limousin cross bullock from the Buchan family, Clinterty, for £1620.
Weaned bullocks (373) averaged 325.2p and sold to 389.2p for a pair of 388kg Charolais crosses from Wellheads, Huntly, and to £1740 on two occasions, for two Limousin crosses from Clinterty, New Aberdour, which weighed 578kg and 584kg.
More of the same breed also led the heifers at 365.9p for a 492kg entry from Clinterty, New Aberdour and to £1900 for a 566kg animal from Belnoe, Chapeltown, to cash in at 301.6p.
Among the store cattle, bullocks (205) and heifers (227) cashed in at 297.9p ad 288.7p respectively.

Also held the same day was the show for Cheviot lambs which was won by a pen from Kelly Blackwood Thurstone, which later realised £101.

Heifers topped at £1995 for a Charolais from J Shields, Gooselands View Barn, with the same home producing the champion in a Limousin cross heifer that later realised £1910.
Reserve honours went to D and S Morrison, Clear View Farm Lodge, for their first prize Limousin bullock, selling for £2120.
Store lambs peaked at £136 for a single Beltex lamb from KM Wildman, Clickham Cottage.
