The annual show and sale for Scotch Mule wedder lambs witnessed the judge, J Linton, Sornfallow, award the first prize to a pen from Messrs Stewart, Crookboat, which later realised £113 to the judge.

The judge also purchased his second and third placed tickets, for £112 from Messrs Kirkpatrick, Barr, and to £104 from Kingsbeck LTD, Culter Allers, respectively.
