New Zealand company Te Pari, has strengthened its position in the animal handling equipment market in the UK with a new premises based in Perth.
The company which formerly supplied its products through Shearwell Data Livestock systems, now sells cattle and sheep handling equipment direct to UK farmers from it's new base in Perth, Scotland, with sales manager, Giles Devenish at the helm.
The Te Pari portfolio includes a comprehensive range of cattle crushes and sheep handlers as well as animal husbandry products to include docking equipment and battery dosing guns, etc.
With current supply issues being widely recognised throughout the UK, Te Pari is beginning its UK venture with a container of best-selling equipment. New orders are expected to have a 4-5month lead-time.
Jedburgh beef farmer, Robert Neill said: “I am so pleased to hear the news that Te Pari is establishing a UK team. This is great for the market, meaning more competition and more choice for the UK farmer. Te Pari has been established for a long time and is without a doubt a reputable company making high quality products, I have two cattle crushes from Te Pari, the first one arrived almost 10 years ago. I am really looking forward to seeing more of them in the UK and wouldn’t think twice about purchasing from them again!”
Te Pari is known for its innovation which extends to new MyView Virtual Showroom cameras.
“We’ve used advanced cameras to 3D map our entire range of sheep and cattle equipment. This one-of-a-kind experience allows you to explore and inspect every mm of our equipment – inside and out – via your computer, phone or smart device. Establishing a UK division shows our commitment to provide sales and support in the UK market.” says Mr Blampied, Te Pari global sales and marketing manager.
